Prior to forming MCaldwell Consulting, Melissa served as Director of Organizational Development within a manufacturing company as well as a Fortune 500 retail organization where she designed and implemented human resource processes such as performance management and succession planning. Her career history includes creating and managing employee and management development functions as well as internal consulting to organizational leadership on human resource related issues of the day.
